How much does pool service cost?
It depends on your pool’s size, condition, and frequency of service. We offer free estimates after a quick inspection of your setup.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We will do appointments for Saturday & Sunday. Usually for quotes or specialized servicing like (getting pool ready for a party, cleaning up after a party, emergency services.) The best practice is always to call or email for any accommodations 🙂
How often should my pool be serviced??
We recommend your pool be serviced once a week to optimize water chemistry and to prevent algae growth. Especially here in Florida. 🙂
What kind of chemicals do you use? Are they safe?
We use industry-approved, environmentally-responsible chemicals and follow best practices to ensure your pool is safe for everyone—kids, pets, and the planet. But the real magic is in HOW we use them. 🙂
What happens if it rains on my service day?
Light rain typically won’t stop us, but if it’s severe weather, we’ll reschedule ASAP and keep you informed.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the pool, you don’t need to be there. We’ll provide a service email always so you always know what was done.
